The patio was on a busy street so a bit noisy but we were able to have our dogs with us. It was hot so this was very important. They were pretty busy even though it was 3pm. Cash only. My only complaint is they have no ice. Get some ice please, it is a summer necessity, drinks don't stay cold long.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The owners were very friendly and the portion sizes were impressively large. The poutine and tartar sauce were absolutely delicious. I have visited this place twice and will definitely be returning the next time I am in Southampton.
The salads here are excellent and fresh. The food tastes great; I enjoyed the souvlaki and Greek salad. The owners clearly know how to run a food establishment. The indoor dining area is lovely, with a bright ambiance that feels like dining in a villa. Overall, I had a pleasant dining experience.
I have never ate here but just ran into the original owner who is 90. She is such a nice lady she is in hospital with my mom. I was looking on line for a picture to show her. I also had a fish and chip shop here in Toronto so we had a lot to chat about. I’m sure she will be happy to see the pictures. If I’m in the area I will drop by. Take care
The owners are incredibly friendly and the food is delicious, with a homemade style and super fresh ingredients. I will definitely make a point to eat at Chips Ahoy whenever I am in town. I can't wait!
