Taco Vado - Spokane

Most Hispanic restaurants in Spokane, especially those with a drive-through option, typically require you to order meat for a flavorful experience. However, Taco Vado stands out by offering dishes with pickled onions, a unique touch that I haven't seen before (even though I am not an expert on Mexican cuisine). The flavors at Taco Vado are different from what I'm used to in Mexican food, but in a good way. I haven't tried any meat dishes yet as I haven't seen fish or poultry on the menu, possibly due to a beef sensitivity. The seasoning is cooked in, but be sure to specify how much hot sauce you want as they can be inconsistent with it. The staff at Taco Vado are friendly and grateful for their customers, making for a pleasant dining experience. Overall, I highly recommend giving Taco Vado a try.

I finally got the chance to visit this restaurant for the first time and I absolutely loved it! I can't wait to try something different on my next visit. The Vego Vado Burrito with the suggested queso was amazing - even as a meat eater, I couldn't resist its delicious flavors. I also tried the Iced Chai with Oatmilk and it was absolutely delicious. The customer service was also top-notch. Can't wait to come back!

The burritos at this restaurant are delicious and the service is fast and friendly. Make sure to try their limeade, it is absolutely delicious!

Not my fave, but I do see a lot of folks like them. Food needed sauces from my fridge to enhance it. I knew when I saw a lot many 5-star reviews from people (that only had one review) that it could be hit or miss. Seemed like nice folks, but mostly itseemed like the kids who grew up running lemonade stands are now grown ups running a burrito stand

Easily one of the best burritos we have ever had. They were so good that we came back the following day, as well. So, so good! Both meat and vegetarian burritos are off the chart with flavor
