Noodle Eighty Eight - Springfield

We were pleasantly surprised by the incredible food at this restaurant. While visiting Swarthmore Inn in town, we decided to stop by and we are so glad we did. The lamb was tender and delicious, with a generous portion size. The beef short ribs were also amazing. The presentation of the dishes was lovely. The proprietor even made us a fresh pot of smooth and soothing jasmine tea. We will definitely make a point to come back next time we are in town. The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, the service was great, and the food was truly amazing.

This place started so well...the kitchen can obviously produce fantastic food when they wish to. After several great experiences with them, however, I've had two horrible experiences with them: one in which they made me sick and one (a second chance) in which they lied to me about when my food was ready for pickup. I don’t trust them and won't be back. Food: 2

The food we saw in the photo was not the food that was delivered to our table. The noodles were more of a dry bowl of food, and the picture of the noodles was a pho look. We were confused.
