Bambino's Pizza - Springfield

Large pizza, fairer price, clean, polite. the only negative experience I've ever had was a long hair once in the cake.

Pizza! we ordered the pizza today. one of the best pizzas I had in the old! friendly staff.

We ordered the Sicilian deep shell for the sole purpose to add a picture as there was no pizza was very good. we called it in display was quoted 20-25.

I eat there all the time ....no Pizza place compares to the quality and taste of Bambinos Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Wow! We have been loyal customers since we moved to the area in 2018. I always recommend them and rave about the food and service. No more.... I called in an order, which I normally pay over the phone 50% of the time. I was told rudely that they don't normally do that, then told there were a bunch of people waiting to pay. I opted to hold to pay. Another employee got on the phone and rudely stated that their card reader was acting up and others were waiting to pay. I was never asked to call back or any other option. So I asked if I needed to order from somewhere else. I was told that was fine. No, sorry, just rudeness a basic screw you your business doesn't matter. This sucks cause we love their food.
