Chuck E. Cheese - Springfield

The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the exceptional service we received at Chuck E Cheese for my granddaughter's birthday party. The host we had was fantastic - he kept things running smoothly, kept the kids entertained, ensured everyone was well-fed and had their drinks topped up. Thanks to him, the party went off without a hitch.

It was a good spot for children. Some of the games were not functioning properly, so the kids couldn't earn as many points as they wanted. However, they still enjoyed themselves.

The prices at this restaurant are extremely high. Two large pizzas with one topping each, six drinks, and three play cards cost $192.00. This seems unreasonable.

The manager was great with my grand kids birthday party. I would recommend having a birthday there when ever

Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and got a cheese pizza with barely any cheese. ordered a side of boneless wings which were actually nuggets. I was charged $16.07 and only got 7 "boneless wings" to my order. Paying the $16.07 wasnt an issue, my issue was that for $16.07 this establishment should definitely be giving out more than 7 "boneless wings" for that price
