Panera Bread - Springfield

The personal here is amazing and funny. the food was not the best search or tasting to wish, but it also had a decent inexpensive. I have tried a yogurt smoothie, and as with most places I am disappointed about not enough fruits and a gland flavor. my niece had the chicken noodle bread bowl, she said it was okay.

I've tried the pepperoni scarfcakes today. I enjoyed it, but it found it a little expensive. great place to learn and work in a casual environment. the staff was super helpful and friendly.

I was very disappointed with my experience today at this restaurant. I placed a $40 online order and when I got home, my cookie was missing and the cappuccinos did not have the requested vanilla syrup. The turkey bravo bacon sandwiches were missing the speck and sauces I had chosen, and the macaroni was cold. This is the second time something like this has happened with my order. I usually love Panera, but this particular location has issues with packaging and consistency. I don't want to return to this restaurant. Last time, they mentioned they were undergoing training, but I expect a premium product for the premium price I pay. I called the restaurant, but no one answered. Can somebody help me?

I placed my order at the drive-thru. After ordering, they displayed our total on the window. When we reached the window after waiting in line, I was given a drink I didn't order and then asked what I had ordered. The employee at the window then turned to someone else and said, "Oh, you didn't ring her order?" They switched positions and then asked me, "What can I start for her?" My order had been placed 10 minutes ago for the first time. I did not receive my food and will not be returning to this Panera.

The Green Goddess salad is amazing - definitely try the mac and cheese, it's a hit with my kids! The Green Tea Papaya mixed with Strawberry Mint Tea was also delicious.
