Subway - Springfield

After spending over $20 on 2 sandwiches, one of which was supposed to be toasted, get home and it's not toasted the bread felt and tasted (had the texture of old bread) awful. I felt bad for the guy working alone by himself he was nice. The food was theproblem we eat subway probably 3 times a week if not more,buy but after this experience I will NEVER BE going to any subway.They stopped carrying the flavored wraps(which I understood if people weren't ordering the wraps) I would much rather gosomewhere that I know the food will actually be good and if toasted actually be toasted. Total waste of money smh...and willmake sure to post on other social media's to warn people to not waste their money especially at this location or any other forthat matter. Very dissatisfied customer to say it nicely

I don't eat out often, but Subway was close. Seeing the kind of society we live in, your employee Marcus 8/1/22 8:50pm was the highlight of my day. This young man was happy to do his job and he did it well. Thanks Marcus. Subway, let him know!

Reese and his coworker were fast and very friendly! The store was clean and fresh looking after the remodel. The quality of the vegetables can vary from time to time however but other than that I love the food.

Food was great but the service was awful. We didn't get no napkins and when we wanted some there wasn't no one up there to get some. And there was a really creepy guy working there named Reece. He was super rude and he would stare into your soul as youorder.

I felt bad for the guy who works alone, he was nice. the eating was the problem that we would probably eat subway 3 times a week if not,buy, but after this experience I will never go to any subway. they stopped wearing the spiced wraps (which I understood if people don't order the wraps) I would rather go somewhere that I know that eating is actually good and if it is actually roasted. total waste of money...and will make sure that on other social media to warn people, not to waste their money mainly on this place or others for this matter. very dissatisfied customer to say it beautiful
