Wendy's - Springfield

Food is good, but the big guy who works the window during lunch needs a big attitude adjustment. Everytime he waits on me he's in a foul mood. He got really pissed today because he forgot an item and I had to drive back through to get it. I wasn't upset about the missing item, just the attitude. Yikes. Very uncomfortable.

Very refreshing to actually get a hot meal, what you ordered with a friendly face. Thanks for your excellent service, clean store and awesome workers who care about their customers!!

We were very happy that they still had chocolate frostys available still. Staff were friendly, and the restaurant looked clean. The food was good and hot, and the frostys were delicious.

Great Wendy's! Every time I've been here I've had an amazing customer service experience and the food has always been top notch! This is definitely a destination Wendy's in the area if you enjoy a top notch Wendy's experience!!

They gave us frozen fries. Half the fries were almost done, the rest were frozen. Doesn't do any good to take things back since all they'll do is argue.
