Antipastos - St. Catharines

Have been getting salads takeout during covid. Today’s salad For being the large salad was more like a small size Salad. Portions are not Consistent. Caesar salad was more croutons and less lettuce. Won’t be buying that again

I bought a dollar frozen lasania last week. I am a regular customer. The meat in the lasania was shall I say tasted like dog food. Very dissatisfied. Every few bites and I would get a big chunk of fat, grizzle....tasted like a rubber...ball. Shocked to say the least. Sub par meat. Never again will I buy anything in the frozen section with meat.

Rely on my husband's family to cater for those two types of cravings, ready to serve the dry section and the wet section as you may also call it and hopeful you find it appetizing!

I ordered two cheesecakes. each for a very tiny slice. They didn't taste like cheesecake. It was clearly made with whipped cream or another product with only a hint of cream cheese. Worse cheesecake we have ever tasted. Never again.

I've been a loyal customer of Antipasto's since it opened. Today was my third visit this month wherein I left the store without getting service (it will be my last). THe staff behind the counter made eye contact with me and went about their business...for over minutes without serving me. I did some other shopping and returned again still no response. So I waited, and waited, and waited while the attendees went about other jobs and even once looked at me as if they were wondering why I might still be there. These are exceptional times, for sure, and so I'm reluctantly sending this message. Also stood at the take-out counter wanting to buy a cake. I had time to count employees who were swapping stories and generally having a good time (I was the only one there) and even rang a bell for service (no response). Takes a great deal to make me leave a place, but you've earned it! So sorry you no longer value my business., Good luck...
