I am visiting from out of town for work. Went through harveys today around 1:30 pm for a quick burger and a drink. The drive thru worker named Brianna made my day. She was very polite and helpful and went that extra step to make customer service excellent. I will definitely be coming back.

The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The place is clean and well-maintained. The washroom requires a code to access. The location is convenient and there is a good amount of parking available.

The burger wasn't juicy, like I remembered. It wasn't horrible, just a little disappointed.

Went in for a late night burger take-out with my wife. Noticed Jose had an in training badge on below his name tag. I must say he provided one of my best experiences at any Harvey's restaurant. We ordered 2 Angus Burger meals and he made them perfectly, thanks again Jose.
