I ordered a stuffed crust pizza last night, when it arrived it was a mess in a box , slices were squished together and all to one side. I called pizza pizza asking this to be fixed, the pizza looked even a bit under cooked as well on top of it coming looking like someone dropped it. The 2nd pizza arrived, my Nana I live with answered before I got there and she opened the 2nd pizza to find the same thing happened to this one. She told him to take it back and make a new one. Well the driver most likely knowing it was his fault never came back. Yeah my Nana should have called the 2nd time not just told him to send it back but we were just so appalled at this point we werent thinking clearly. Until it dawned on me this morning that the delivery driver probably never informed his boss the 2nd pizza was also a mess so he wouldn't get in trouble. Anyway I will ensure that no one I know, family or friends, ever buys another single item from Pizza Pizza. I had such bad service I might even spend a few days outside of the restaurant with a sign picketing the poor customer service. This was the most frustrating and disgusting example of how poor customer service has gotten. The driver should be fired and the store should reimburse me fully for the pizza I paid for because this was utterly ridiculous. My order was on Wednesday November 1st around 6 or 7 pm at night and I ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni bacon and olives pizza (incase you try to comment back and claim that you couldn't even find my order or some other lie there it is. Again 1st pizza a mess, 2nd pizza comes same thing so sent back 3rd pizza never came.

We all know by now the Pizza Pizza taste. It’s a Canadian classic. This location had really great customer service and my pie was spicy and delicious. $29 for a large walk in special, three topping, three pops and dip. No complaints whatsoever. It was a perfect experience.

I wish more pizza pizza locations operated like this one! Found my favorite location and I will be only going to this location from now on!

Horrible customer service!!!We visited Scott Street shop to order one XL Pizza Stromboli, total bill was like $30. We've been visiting many other food shops in Niagara and st. Catherines area for last few years and this is the 1st time we experienced something like this. The person who was at front behaved like we were there to have free food. Didn't even show any respect to the customers. One of the disgusting behavior I've ever seen for last few years.PIZZA PIZZA Management, it's for your attention, better you look for the customer service of the person who worked on 10th of Dec. 2023 around 6.30 pm.
