Thai Express St Catharines

I used to visit Pad Thai expresses all the time a few years ago. Decide to pop in on my way home today with my 2 year old to get takeout.After ordering a pad thai and curry, we waited approx. 40 mins to get these two dishes only two people ahead of me in line.Staff were unfriendly: at one point (at about 35 mins) I had called “sorry excuse me” to the girls working, to find out if my order had been started yet (if it wasn’t, I was just going to cancel at that point), and for awhile, neither wouldn’t even acknowledge I was talking to them.I won’t be back. I’d rather spend the same amount I did (including tip) and take my family to a sit in restaurant, where quality of food and staff service are worth the wait and money.

Never disappointed with my meals! Always fresh and great customer service. My favourite is the general thairacha.

It's OK. It's a lot of money $33 for 2. Customer engagement is truly a lost art. Again........ please look after your bathrooms.

Every time I go here the food is fantastic. Highly recommend the Tom yum soup or pad
