Just went thru the drive thru and specifically told them no tomatoes cause of an allergy. This is the second time this has happened hear. Opened my Burger and a tomatoes on it. People need to be trained or learn how to listen for christ sakes. Will never be going back there again, I will find somewhere else to eat.
They could swipe the kitchen every now and then, food not bad but the portions are snack
We went around 7:30pm and there wasn't many people in the restaurant but they were really slow and it took forever to just order our food and then took even more time for them to get the food ready. We asked for dine in but they ended up giving it to us in a to go bag without a tray or anything to eat it on. They need to improve on wait time and how long it takes them to get the food ready and out. They also need to train the cashiers to be quicker at the register and how to properly use the register. Also the burgers are overall good but could use some improvement as they were not the best Wendy's has to offer. The French fries though were very fresh and tasted amazing.Parking: It is attached with a Tim Hortons so they share the building and parking lot. There is a fair amount of parking here and I've never seen it get completely full before.Kid-friendliness: There is nothing for kids to do here like colour on the placemat besides eat their food.
The manger is so kind , today I was riding my bike and fell I ended spilled my drink and breaking my cup so I came back and the Manger gave me a new cup the exact same size a large free of charge, it was so nice cause it was my fault I fell he didn't have to do that by he did, good customer service.
