Ciro's Bistro - STROUDSBURG

Last night, my party and I visited this restaurant for the first time in a while and were pleasantly surprised by the new management. The service and quality had been lacking in the past, but under the new management, led by Chef Peter, the restaurant has seen a positive transformation. We were thrilled to see the brick oven back in action, and the pizza was outstanding. I even had a custom order with scallops, which was delicious. Chef Peter also sent us home with some freshly made herb bread, which was amazing. We are considering stopping by just to pick up a loaf in the future. Once their POS system is up and running smoothly, this restaurant will become a top-notch establishment that will add to the area's already fantastic restaurant scene. We are excited to return soon.

We discovered a gem in the Poconos! The food was fantastic, the staff were very welcoming, and the atmosphere was beautiful. We had the pleasure of meeting one of the owners, Trudy, and were very impressed. It's a great value and a perfect spot to enjoy a drink and pizza. I ordered a large 10-inch pizza with 2 toppings and a salad for only $8.95. Good food can be hard to come by in the Poconos, but this place exceeded our expectations. The owner mentioned they will soon be opening a lounge upstairs with dancing and live music - we can't wait to come back!

The new chef, Peter, is doing a fantastic job and we were thrilled to see that the oven is back in action. The pizza was delicious and they even made a custom pizza with scallops for me. Chef Peter also sent us home with some of his freshly baked herb bread, which was amazing. We can't wait to come back and either pick up some bread or enjoy it during dinner. Once their POS system is up and running smoothly, this restaurant will be a top-notch establishment that will enhance the dining scene in the area. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The house salad was made with fresh field greens, tomatoes, green peppers, and baby spinach - no iceberg lettuce here. The house Italian dressing was amazing, and the wait staff was friendly and attentive. Definitely a hidden gem in East Stroudsburg.
