Feedback gevenThere are numerous stalls selling fresh fruits, vegetables, and bread at this market. We particularly enjoyed the homemade chips, "not dogs", homemade vegan paprika, and hot sauce from Buying the Farm. The market is dog-friendly and a fun way to spend a Saturday morning!
This market operates from the second or third weekend in May until 31 October, sometimes extending for an extra week or two. Apple Ridge Farm grows all its produce without chemicals, although it is not officially certified organic due to high costs. The garlic is exceptional, and the maple syrup and honey are locally sourced. The honey seller is very dedicated to protecting her bees and ensuring they have suitable places to survive the winter. Top Crops also offers pesticide-free produce, while Gould and other vendors do not. Although I personally do not enjoy coffee, the coffee joint seems to have a great reputation. The prices are reasonable, and there are some Heirloom food options available. The breads are particularly delicious.
I always have an exciting time here. I never leave without something. The people are friendly and the prices are reasonable.
