Quiet and beautiful ! Don't expect full moon party here ! But the landscape is certainly the most beautiful of the 4000 islands ! A wonderful place to read, to write, to create... and enjoy the lao environement..Nice place for lovers too !

Best guesthouse on 4000 islands : The accommodation is an ancient laotian house, lovely furnished and clean. The big cozy bed has a mosquito cover. The homemade food is delicious and they gave us vegan options. There is a little pier for sunbathing and swimming (depends on the season and a lot of cozy planks on the terrace. The host, Olivia speaks different languages and is extremely friendly and helpful. Her staff is very friendly and attentive as well. Highly recommendable place to stay! Thanks for everything

We have a lovely chill time in Pomelo! We enjoy a lot with the place, the cats, the viewings and the company of the staff and the other guests. Happy hearts and happy belly's too with the delicious menus that the hosts prepare for us! Also I wanna write something very important: I was one month in Lao, and the more comfortable bed I had was definitely here. Thank you Oliva for everything :

Lovely quite place. Amazing views, incredible food and great service. From January you can see the dolphins in the river right from the beach in front of the restaurant. The locals are a lovely bunch. All in all a great experience

Very cousy and unique establishment owned by a French and a Thai. The location is beautiful with its own porch in the water. The cottages are special, big and with a great view of the river. You are very remote on the other side of the island. Only tuktuk can take you elsewhere. Pomelo has a great restaurant and breakfast. Very nice
