Carl's Jr. - Sunnyvale

The Dude at the drive thru window was not customer service minded. Plus he only accepted 1 coupon for their over priced food. I used to like Carl's Jr but I only go there now for the kids.

I recently ordered a veggie and chicken sandwich, along with two waters, at a fast food drive-thru. The bill came to $28.50, and there were no additional items like fries included. Unfortunately, the sandwiches were of poor quality with overcooked patties that seemed to have been heated in the microwave. This experience really showed me how easy it is to be overcharged if I don't pay attention. I will definitely be more cautious when dining at fast food restaurants in the future and always double-check prices before ordering.

The food at Carl's Jr. was average, as one would expect. However, the man who took my order was very unfriendly for no apparent reason.

I tried a burger from this chain for the first time and it was really good. The fact that this site is open 24 hours is a major plus, especially since other nearby fast food restaurants like KFC and Burger King were already closed before 11pm on a Saturday night. My combo cost around $12 and was delicious. The food was quickly prepared and served, with a consistent flow of customers coming in.

First of all, my review is for the sandwich and the Carl 's Jr. franchise. The customer service I received was immaculate, considering that it was very late at night (around 3 AM I believe? Anyway, I was so surprised to see the prices at thislocation. They are more expensive than the average Carl 's Jr. I can understand due to inflation and supply chain issues, but $13for a Bacon Beast Burger was not worth. At $17 for fries and a drink we were approaching $20 combos for one. It was severelylacking in bacon or beastliness anyway (see photos . I did not even get a drink because it was such a rip off, but I wasdesperate and it was late so I settled on a pretty mediocre meal. Nationwide chains like McDonalds have had more consistentprices and better menus. This is just straight up greed. Y 'all need to improve and pare down your menu. I hope you pay the verypatient and kind customer service lady well with all those outrageous prices. Not going to be a late night option next time(McDonalds will come in clutch for my 24/7 cravings .
