Adobe chicken, noodles and pork with potatoe...I am in heaven. Super delicious. I loved all the extra gravy, very authentic. Lovely people and very generous portions.

My wife and I have been coming to Rene Rose since we lived in Mountain View ! 24 years and this IS the best Filipino restaurant in the Bay Area

Edit: I do appreciate the fast response of the owner to my post and added a star. Thank you for that good customer service.Went for first time a couple of weeks ago (Friday) to get a quick lunch as takeout. They brought out a full pan of kare kare so I thought it was freshly made and asked for some. It was completely cold like from a fridge. It was almost completely sauce, a small piece of meat and 2 pieces tripe and some veggies. I'm pregnant so did not want to risk eating it. I wish they did not think it was okay to serve food in this condition. Please don't risk getting your customers sick and allowing them pay for food that isn't ready to eat.

The luncheon kawale was cook prefect, but the lumpia taste a bit weird.
