Red Snapper Inn - Surfside Beach

I was just there to purchase some of their unsold wine inventory. This well known restaurant didn't survive hurricane Beryl.

Called yesterday, Aug 13 2024, to put in an order and was met with a recording that they have closed for good. Such a shame as we loved to eat here when we come down. Going to miss the New Orleans dish.

Bad service, food was bland, the server I got was not friendly at all while I see the other servers smiling and having a good time. Not coming back anytime soon.

The spot to visit in Surfside Beach. Huge variety of hearty seafood. Fun setting and fast to-go. We all loved the stuffed, fried jalapenos, and we each had our pick of snapper preparation. Beach prices, but beach experience. Neat.
