Iron Bar - SUTTON FOREST

We had a nice evening, nice food and a cold beer. :-) We never stayed overnight but I could imagine it would be very quite and the golf course looks inviting.

When I arrived there was only one waitress and I really felt like telling her to go home, she looked so miserable. She cheered up when another waitress arrived, but then they just stood around and chatted (in Italian, I think). The waitress (I think she might have been French) with lots of tattoos saved the day for me, she was really great. The food was pretty average...

Went to my nephews wedding here yesterday. What a beautiful place. The scenery is wonderful even the kangaroos came for the ceremony. The food was so good. Staff very attentive especially to my 90 year old Mum. They even provided a bus for us. Would highly recommend this venue for your wedding. The mother of the groom (my sister) says ditto. Wonderful

A little hard to find at first, just keep driving and you get there. Pleasant grounds and location, watch out for kangaroos. Good food, Caters for special needs, pleasant atmosphere, especially during a storm, and no power. Dinner by torch light. No power when arriving back at the motel either.

I was very happy with the service, atmosphere, setting, and menu at the Iron Bar. The staff were more than accommodating with our group and were very pleasant. The meals were great and reasonably priced. I will definitely be heading back.
