Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Swan River

I grew up with frequent visits to our local DQ and have generally been pleased with the food and service. Several recent visits to this particular Dairy Queen however have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. Aside from the fact that their prices are generally higher than similar fast food chains, this establishment might benefit from a better understanding of good customer service. At least twice recently they made a mistake with my order and when I simply brought it to their attention, the service personnel never apologized and in fact responded with annoyance, as if it were my fault they screwed up the order. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

I love Dairy Queen! But not this one. I use to go in all the time for the newest Blizzards, and there burgers. Food is soo good and I'll stand by that even now. However, I refuse to ever eat at the Swan River one. I ordered my meal and had a card I gave an honest review as the service there was really suffering. I made mention that employees where running out on the street yelling out on the street to there friends and laughing while my order should be taken. Also a baby was in the back where the food is. Also causing longer wait times from the distraction. The review card was anonymous but when handed it in being a small town obviously my face was not. Next time I made an order the manager of the restaurant sat down at my table while I was trying to enjoy my food. This was very intimidating and unwelcoming. She then down played everything I said and seemed upset that I wrote a review. To this day I refuse to eat there. Totally uncalled for.

Dairy Queen is a pretty good place to go and eat there's a good food and good Service: Take out

It was good. Typical Dairy Queen. I gotta say tho that the strawberry banana smoothie was amazing. Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
