Food never arrived and still got charged. I ordered online and during your opening times then cancelled about 2am which is well after the shop shuts. I got charged because they think they started cooking while I cancelled the order which is a load of bøllocks as the place had been shut for hours by the time I cancelled my order. I've contacted uber eats but no reply as expected. Robbed me over £15. Your mother should have swallowed you you waste of sþunk

Ordered Family roundhouse combo and favourite wing meal for delivery via uber eats and never recieved order. stated someone from the restaurant was delivering so couldn't go through uber eats to find out what was happening. went to call the store and it closed at 11pm, make several calls but no answer. we ordered it at 22:00 and the estimate time is around 30-50 mins, thinking it would be plenty of time but apparently not we just got fobbed off with no reasoning. So disappointed, never gonna order again.
