Pizza Hut Swansea

I have ordered food from this restaurant four times now and each time they have failed to provide a driver. They still take my money, leaving me waiting three or four days to get it back. They should post a message on their website to inform customers and stop taking money without being able to deliver the food.

The food at this restaurant is served quickly and hot, with friendly staff who accommodate food requirements. However, cleanliness could be improved. Despite plenty of staff working during my visit, the ice cream station was messy. While I understand that children make their own ice cream there, the ice cream machine and toppings containers were dirty, with ice cream spilled on them. Overall, my only complaint during my visit was the need for better cleaning maintenance by the staff.

This is our second time dining here within a week. We initially came in last Friday due to other restaurants being full, but we were so impressed with the food and service that we came back again. Young Isaac, in particular, provided excellent service. The dishes were prepared with great attention to detail and care. Overall, these have been the best two meals we've had since lockdown, and we highly recommend this restaurant.
