Feedback gevenI am giving this restaurant a one-star review due to their poor customer service. I ordered two pizza slices and asked if they could change two ten pound notes for a £20 note, so I could give one to my nephew who had never had one before. However, they refused and so I decided to walk out and will not be returning. Throughout my 45+ years of life, this is the first place that has ever told me no to such a request. I used to spend around £500 a year at this restaurant, so it is their loss.
I recently purchased a sandwich from Subway, and I was extremely disappointed with how the employee tossed the salad into my roll. It was sloppy and messy, and to top it off, they didn't even bother to cut the roll in half. It's clear that this employee has not been properly trained in sandwich preparation.
The food at this restaurant was decent, but not amazing and it was a bit on the pricey side.
When I'm paying £30 for three sandwiches, I would expect much better, messy, and disappointing
Though a Subway the staff very helpful and the result was full of flavour
