Backyard Kitchen+Brew - Taguig

I had heard mixed reviews about this restaurant, so I decided to try it yesterday. My friend ordered a burger, while I tried her fried chicken with pancake batter. It was a unique dish, with the chicken having a slightly sweet flavor.

This restaurant offers a lot of rice bowls and plates for 3 to 4 people. the taste is good, but quite expensive. the cost per person is approx. 350 to 450 php. server are very friendly and nice. the area is well maintained and clean.

I was at this restaurant last Sunday, which happened to be Father's Day, so the place was really busy. Our food took about 20-25 minutes to arrive, but we didn't mind because we could see they were working hard. We ordered fish and chips, ribs, and chicken and pork belly. The food was decent, not amazing, but the ice cream dessert was really good.

The food did not impress me. The atmosphere did not make a difference. The service needs improvement. I hope this feedback will help them make necessary changes. I would like to return in the future in hopes of a better experience.

I the pulled pork!!! Perfect with their own kind of fried rice. I did order their good-for-one-person-only mussels with soup and the taste is pinoy This restaurant is worth trying :
