Trattoria Alle Sorgenti - Taipana

We visited the Trattoria Alle Sorgenti with the whole family and we all loved it so much that we went back twice! All dishes are home made and many with home grown products. We tried various types of the gnocchi made according to the recipe of the grandmother of the family: just delicious! The best gnocchi we have ever eaten. Also the very nice plates with starters, the lamb, the sausages with potatoes and the spaghetti alla carbonara were excellent. The trattoria has a lovely terrace with a wonderful view and is situated very close to some very nice walking trails in the Valle di Musi. Alessandro and his wife, a lovely couple running the trattoria, can tell you all about the environment and recommend the places to visit and the appropriate walking trails.

.....in the little village of Musi, close to Lusevera, you'll find a very nice restaurant, what my wife and I have visited repeatedly over the past 3 years, but only to have a cup of coffee or a glass of beer. (On working days, you may have the menu of the day for only 11 euros. The restaurant has a small terrace with a wonderful view, and is strategically located for nice walks by foot or bike into the Valle di Musi. Word goes that Musi is Italy's most rainy place; nevertheless, it's definitely possible to select a sunny day for going uphill the Torre valley, to this lovely place.
