Starbucks - Tarrytown

We were pleasantly surprised by this delightful and well located hotel. We almost canceled our reservation after seeing recent reviews on TripAdvisor, but ended up being very happy with our room. The only cosmetic issues were a crack in the shower wall and the only thing that we wish the hotel would change is the horrible beds. Cosmetically the room was very nice, and there were no issues at all. We just wish they would update their beds as ours was probably one of the most uncomfortable mattresses I’ve ever slept on, and the bed was very freaky and noisy. The location is with a few minutes of the Tarrytown train station which will get you to NYC for a great day trip. The hotel has a Starbucks and several Tesla chargers. The hotel also has a fitness center and I think they have a pool. The staff was SUPER friendly! The hotel’s restaurant was good and there was plenty of parking, there is a super market and liquor store in the same parking lot. The hotel is in the perfect location to get to the Hudson River, Lyndhurst Mansion, Sleepy Hollow, great restaurants and a really charming downtown area. We would stay at this hotel again if they update their beds.

The girl was on facetime instead of paying attention to taking my order, then she blamed me for making the order wrong.

Absolutely horrible! I just witnessed a poor girl get yelled at repeatedly and have water thrown in her face because of how understaffed they are. They left her with someone who has no idea what they're doing. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT! This girl looks like a teenager my heart aches for her. Clearly the manager has not a care in the world for their employees. Management should be fired and investigated, I will never come here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know as well. Please don’t ever come here.

They are out of whipped cream by 11am and the place had a strong restroom smell which was odd.Service: 5/5
