Carl's Jr. - Taylorsville

Edith Cervantes provided exceptional service—she was very understanding, kind, and genuinely caring. I absolutely love this Carl's Jr.!

I strongly advise against dining at this location! I've had multiple experiences with poorly prepared food, but this was the absolute worst! I'm not sure if it was mold or just flour, but it was unacceptable. Please stay away! It claims to be a Big Carl Classic, but it's far from it!

I hadn’t been here in a few months, but I decided to give it another chance today. I’m happy to say that this location has really improved. The service and food were both excellent. The guy at the drive-thru was friendly, and everything was served on time and accurate. Plus, the place is kid-friendly and very clean!

Luis R at the Taylorsville, UT location was awesome. I have a special diet and he helped me create my own sandwich very patiently so I could meet my nutritional needs. He was cheerful and very friendly. Great meal too!

This is one of the better Carl's Jr locations out there. Israel is always very kind and helpful, great service and great food.
