However, this last visit was the final straw: we ordered three pizzas, two of which had extra toppings we specifically asked not to have, and the third pizza (mine) was completely different with unappetizing toppings. I would rather throw it away than eat it. I will not be returning to this place and I would advise others to avoid ordering from here. A better local alternative for pizza is Belgrave Pizza House or Tinpan Allee for a more gourmet option, though the Parmigiana is a better choice there. (Please note: Emerald Big Al's is better than this place, but still not a good choice for pizza in Emerald). In summary, I would give this place a 0/5 rating if I could, and I recommend avoiding it unless you have no other options.
Always was my go to pizza place in the hills great service large pizza would highly recommend large as pizza tecoma
We were told 1 hour, but it took 1 hour 45, not a big thing. the pizza was a bit cold and the garlic puzzles with rice came with soggy chips and microwave vegetables. the carbonara was good but the chicken wings were also good. we would try again, but only wisely choose.
The food quality is subpar, but the staff is friendly. The prices do not match the taste of the dishes. There is a wide selection of choices, but I do not plan on returning.
Big Al's Pizza in Tecoma offers a wide variety of pizzas, including 32 in their traditional range and 10 in their more expensive Extreme range. Despite the options, my favorite is Kaitlyn's Choice because I enjoy capsicum and onion on my pizza, both of which are included in this flavorful combination. This pizza features ham, salami, capsicum, mushrooms, onion, prawns, olives, and garlic. The large size, priced at $9.50, is enough to satisfy two adults, making it a great value meal. While I have sampled some of the Extreme pizzas, I didn't find them as fulfilling for the extra $3 charge. The service time of approximately 20 minutes is typical for a pizza shop, but ordering ahead online can help avoid any wait in-store. I highly recommend giving Big Al's Pizza a try.
