Mcdonald's - Texarkana

Today, I visited the drive-thru and placed my order, only to realize that I didn't have any cash or credit cards with me. I explained to the cashier that I remembered my credit card number and asked if she could enter it manually. Unfortunately, she wasn't sure how to do that, so she called the manager for assistance. He also couldn't enter it manually, but without hesitation, he applied a promo code and generously gave me two Happy Meals for my twins—completely free! This act of kindness really made my day and restored my hope that there are still wonderful people out there. Thank you to the manager who helped me tonight; I truly appreciate it! You’ve got my gratitude!

The overnight staff at the McDonald's on State Line are always very friendly to me. I usually order a spicy chicken sandwich, a regular McChicken, fries, and a drink. I can't finish all of it, but I've never had a negative experience with them. My orders have always been correct with this team.

I go to this McDonald's often because it's always great! Their is one much closer to my house but it's usually slow and behind. Fast and professional everytime!

I've been enjoying the excellent service at McFam for the past 12 years, usually stopping by for lunch almost every day while cutting grass.

Not a good experience, they got my order wrong after I told them 3 times. Some people just don't want to listen.
