Grimaldi's Pizza Wings & Subs - Thorold

This place seems like it could be a great place for locals and Brock students to get something decent after class or after partying.

The only reason I gave this place a 1 rating is because trip advisor wouldn't allow me to put 0. I stopped in for a quick slice, no one was at the counter and I waited a solid 5 minutes before the owner surfaced from the back. I asked for two slices of pizza and garlic dip. With a price of $1.25 a slice I imagined they would be decent size. He opened the pizza 'warmer' and grabbed two slices with his HANDS, I still can't believe I was hungry enough to eat it. He put the slices in the bag and I paid him his $3.80 and left. I went to eat my slices but they were cold and way smaller than I would have imagined (see picture) I ended up driving home to heat them up. The pizza was gross, thank goodness I got a garlic dip to give it some flavour. Needless to say, I miss the old HD pizza.

Nothing special but I really enjoyed the pizza. A good size pizza for a reasonable price. A good place for a affordable dinner for students.

Called to say that mild wings were hot and they said that was how they came. Tastes like they use franks in their mild sauce.Now I have to make another meal for my child since she couldn't eat the 20 wings I paid $30 for after delivery.You would think they would tell people the mild wings were still hot.

Not a fan of there pizza but other seem to love it. we usually order there steak subs and they are really good to notch.
