Taco Bell - Thorold

The food was cold. We were given exploded sauce pachets that were all stuck together. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty, all the tables hadnt been cleaned , food on tables, floor and seats. Our favorite touch was the squished hot sauce packet half stuck on the wall peaking out from behind a picture.Service was brutal, the cashier was slow and had no idea what he was doing.Stay away, disgusting.

The people working there are either lazy or dumb. A couple of things. I ordered through the App, granted it was just before showing up at the drive-thru, I knew it would take a few minutes. When I order through the App at McD's, I pick it up through the drive-thru. NOT at Taco Bell. They tel you to drive a bit further and NEVER bring the food outside. I waited for 15 minutes and nothing. I went inside and my food was on the counter, cold. Second of all, and this is NOT the first time, this location chintzes out on Beef. It's the ONLY reason I come to Taco Bell and they serve Beef as if I'm Vegetarian. I pay $5 for two almost vegetarian Tacos. This is not the first time at this location. I don't know what's going on here. The food is always off. This hasn't never happened before at any other Taco Bells.

I make a conscious effort to avoid this location, and many others do too. I mistakenly ordered from Uber Eats, thinking I was getting food from the Pen Centre, and immediately realized my error when I saw my order ID. The staff here seems indifferent, and this place has a reputation for being quite unappealing.

I can't believe what I just experienced. The exterior of the restaurant is clearly falling apart. Picture this: I was holding my fries in my hand because the box completely fell apart before I even finished eating.

Despite all the bad reviews, my experience at this particular taco bell was actually very good.I went there 5 min after opening and the staff was very friendly/polite and the food was very good. I had the #4 Doritos taco combo and a fry supreme. Service in total walking in walking out was probably 6-8min. Portion size was also very good as well as I've seen that as downfall in other reviews.If I had to say something bad about it, it's that it was slightly dirty but nothing crazy at all. Little dust here and there, washrooms were a lil dirty as well but again, nothing to really complain about.I'd recommend giving it another shot. I went on a Monday at 11:05 and you may have a similar experience to me.
