Maria Latina Fusion - Tigard

I am so moved by the taste and freshness of their food! I had the ensalada gaucha with the green plantain. TO. DIE. FOR. The meat was flavorful and the plantain cracker (tostones) was warm and crispy. They gave us a green salsa that was slightly tangy and the best topper for everything. My boyfriend got the Saltado and the beef was flavorful and tender. I’m just so impressed by the quality of the ingredients here! Perfect balanced, summer food. When you go inside, order first at the counter and then sit down where you will be served or given your order to go. Employees are really kind too!

Great place for lunch. I wish they were open in the evening so I can take the whole family. The food is wonderful, fast and service is excellent! My favorite are their salads and burritos. I have tried everything on the menu and nothing was mediocre, all were excellent!

My family has been to Maria Latina twice now on visits from Eugene. The Cerdo Tropical is wonderful--crisp, with pineapple and mango--and the green salad keeps things nice and light. We highly recommend a side of sweet plantain!

Marino is awesome, the breakfast burritos here are fire!!!! highly recommend every one try this place

Fantastic. Flavors I've not had anywhere else. Everything was delicious. Very friendly staff. I'll definitely be back. They gave me a sample of Aji de Pollo and it was delicious, but I decided to try the Tasajo because I was curious about the raisins. My curiosity was rewarded beyond my expectations.
