Taco Bell - Tonopah

This place has unconsistent operating hours; they never open in time and always close early. it is in a 24hr truck stop! these places should also be open 24 hours.

Beautiful place and I have guack on the side after my box stop? love this worker and good chalupas with guack? I recommend it!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. First of all, their operating hours are inaccurate. I arrived right at 9 PM, but the staff wouldn’t take my order, claiming they had just closed, even though there were still eight people waiting for their meals. It’s frustrating when employees don’t want to do their jobs. If it’s too much for them, they should consider finding a different line of work.

We stopped here to get dinner for our kids while being in the road. They took our order. After 20 minutes and seeing several others who ordered after us leave I went up and politely asked them how much longer. I didn't want our food to get spit in so I was really nice. He said he just went back there and they forgot to put the order in the oven. It would be another 10 minutes. Meanwhile my kids are crying hungry and my 4 year old couldn't wait anymore. I went back up and said I was sorry but we need a refund an are just going to feed him something else. While processing our refund the previous employee came out with our food. The cashier told him he was refunding our money and he asked why and said our food was right here. I said because my kids are starving and crying (I'm not one who likes to have their kids cry in public). He THREW OUR FOOD ON THE GROUND. I wasn't expecting to take it since we already got the refund but it was very interesting to me that he freaked out like that. Terrible customer service! This happened Thursday at 6:06pm. This has to be the WORST Taco Bell ever. They close whenever they get tired and dont feel like working. Prices are a bit higher. Understaffed. They literally shut the light off 2 hours before closing time.
