Raval - Toronto

This restaurant deserves 5 stars in every category! The wait is definitely worth it. The food and drink menus are incredibly creative, and the atmosphere is relaxed and perfect.

Went to Bar Raval for the first time, unfortunately, they do not take reservations but offer a standing waiting area with barrels as high tables where you can still order off the menu. The restaurant offers a wonderful selection of cocktails, craft beerm amazing wine; since it is a Spanish influenced bar they offer mostly tapas. The drinks were amazing but food items were hit and miss, the service was great, our waiters were very informative. The only disappointment was after a long wait time we finally got our table inside only to find out that it is the same set up as their outdoor area: there are no seats inside! Overall, I think this is a great place to go before going to an actual restaurant but the wait time is not worth it.

Infatuated and obsessed. As a coffee purist, the Cafè Raval is perhaps the best coffee drink I have ever had. The space is warm and gorgeous, the menu is seductive, the wine list is tantalizing, and the staff is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and helpful. I can’t wait to come back.

Amazing place, even better staff and food for the soul. Absolutely #1 in Toronto. A must go to for every foodie. Love it!

If you're in Toronto, I highly recommend Bar Raval. We had lunch on Saturday and it was a parade of exquisite sharing dishes, from sardines with olives to a mushroom tower to tomato-smeared bread and so on. Easily our favourite new place to eat in Toronto, and best tapas I've had in North America.
