Coppice Fish - Trafford

Went in ordered chicken in ok sauce with egg fried rice, spring rolls, service from staff was friendly but when I got home the food was absolutely disgusting Very watery sauce with no flavor very bland I returned to the shop with the food and complained the staff was very rude, refused to offer a replacement order or refund the food went in the bin outside the shop Will not be visiting here again

Years ago this was a decent chippy even if service was snappy, but yesterday was definanttly my last visit, basically threw most of our purchase in the bin! I'm afraid I have given these guys too many chances they just can't cook!

Food arrived with soup and sweet and sour sauce exploded everywhere. Phoned them up and they pretty much weren't interested. Won't be using again got refund from just eat

The service at this restaurant was terrible, with badly packed sauce and soup spilling everywhere. They refused to refund or collect two squashed containers, resulting in £30 worth of food being ruined. I would recommend avoiding this place.

If i could give zero stars i would. Made an order on just eat.. took well over an hour for food to arrive, when it did, items were missing so tried to speak to just eat. They got nowhere so rung coppice ourselves. After they hung up on my husband and screened his calls, i rang off a different number only to be made out to be a liar. After nearly 20 minutes of trying to be reasonable with them they finally agreed to deliver our missing items. Whether they will turn up or not is a different question. Absolutely shocking behaviour, rude, dishonest and frankly disgusting customer service. Sad to say after being a previously repeating customer we will never use the coppice fish bar again.
