Subway - Trinity

The staff at this restaurant are fantastic, and you can tell they really put in a lot of effort. The sandwiches are good, but I did have an unfortunate experience. I witnessed the owner taking cash from the tip jar and putting it directly into their pocket. When I asked an employee about it, she told me that I had to give tips directly to her if I wanted them to go to the staff, otherwise the owner would take the money. It’s a shame to see such practices!

We absolutely love the Metro in Trinity! The service is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. It's one of the healthiest dining options in Trinity, and I highly recommend it!

I placed an order for six catering trays with less than 24 hours' notice for pickup. This was enough to feed 90 people at the TDCJ Ellis unit, specifically for the officers working in the heat inside the buildings. I shared this with the Subway staff, and not only was my order ready ahead of schedule, but it also looked fantastic! They included plenty of extras and even provided the vegetables on the side. Amazing job, Subway! You are truly the best franchise in the Huntsville area!

Trinity Texas subway was great! Very clean and quick service, was a great experience.
