A Beach Cafe - Trivandrum

Food excellent, I had a spicy chicken kerala curry, it had little pieces of coconut in and was delicious. Husband had the chicken stir fry with cashew nuts and he said that was wonderful too. Great staff and customer service it was a pleasure to visit that restaurant

Sat in the abc now. Just enjoyed stir fried chicken and cashew nuts,hubby had fish in a banana leaf.Shared a lemon rice and garlic nan. Both meals were absolutely perfect. Beautiful presented. Great staff. Decided to try the carrot cake desert which was to die for. This place is a must to try.

We were regularly at this restaurant for breakfast and dinner and were always very satisfied. Very good food, excellent beach view and friendly staff

We have eaten many meals here, had snacks, lots of refreshing drinks. the staff are welcoming, polite and helpful. Food is really good. It’s clean too. Plenty of slightly different things on the menu. Good sea breeze and obviously a view of the sea. probably a little bit more expensive than some, but it’s worth it. Good coffee too.

A long standing restaurant on Kovalam beach this place has two floors arranged over shop level with great views of the beach and ocean. What makes it stand out however, aside from the very friendly staff, is the quality of the food. We had a couple of beers and myself a half bottle of wine with our fish curry which took a while to cook, maybe twenty minutes but it was worth every minute. The fish was firm, tasty, fresh and in a beautiful sauce, wrapped in banana leaf. Ours was ordered with a vegetable masala dish and some sort of pea and vegetable dish which name escapes me as I write this and chapatis but everything was cooked to perfection. No wonder they are one of the oldest established restaurants in the area. Full marks to our waiter Suresh who I made sure the manager knew how pleased I was. Would I return, most definitely.
