Anytime you order to go they say ten minutes. Even showing up 25 mins later you will wait in the lobby for 10-15 mins for the food. I just wish for once the food was ready for pickup when you get there.

I am going to Mexico next week, and went here for practice. The food was honestly some of the best Mexican food I've ever had! I really recommend any of their creamy chicken, I had the Chicken Peligroso attached). Food was served really quickly, and the serving size was very generous. The water glasses are also very tall which I always love. Only complaint was a bit pricy $18 for the chicken peligroso plate not including tip). But honestly it was worth it!!

Called in a pickup order , husband went and picked up the food. 20 minute drive each way came home and the order was completely wrong Husband called amd the girl he spoke with said to come up and they would fix it , there was not enough time before they closed for him to eat his food and go back up there and get my correct meal so I too could eat ,so he asked if he could just go pick up tomorrow and she said she would be working and that would be fine. I call up there to let them know he would be picking up the food and the girl starts talking to me like we were at fault and we should have came the same night to get the replacement. Super rude ! Here is a suggestion:: check your customers orders for accuracy before sending them out the door with the wrong food and then expecting them to drive back immediately because you screwed up!!!!

Atmosphere is exactly what you expect it to be. Food is great, customer service was great. Not 1 complaint!
