This is definitely one of the best food trucks I have ever eaten at. They deserve to have a Michelin star. Ray does an amazing job preparing and presenting his food to customers. Their menu is refreshing and delicious. A must-try if you are in the Tahoe area. Cheers!

The food at this restaurant is incredible. We tried the Loco Moco and Bun Mi Burger, and both were fresh, flavorful, and delicious. It's clear that the food is made with love. The service was also quick and friendly. It's hard to find a better dining experience than this!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant one night while visiting Tahoe for WinterWonderGrass. It was the best burger I have ever tasted! I can only hope that a similar experience will be available in Denver soon. I had planned to take a picture of the burger before devouring it, but it was too good to resist!
