Panda Express - Tucson

I am not sure how you get an online order wrong or how it seems to happen about half the time with this location. It's written for you. This place needs quality control. It's unconsistent.

Food was good, service was friendly. The restaurant was clean. In any case, this would be a visit.

This food was very good!! Anissa was super helpful and very polite. She made a food suggestion that I took her on the Honey Sesam Chicken and it was super good and hot! Great job Panda!!!

We did an online pick up; when we got home we realize there was no teriyaki chicken sauce. When I called the store they said the only thing they could do was have me drive all the way back to the store and pick up the sauce packets. I pointed out by then my food would be cold and they shrugged it off saying I could just ask for some extra chicken on my next trip. Will NOT be returning and advise everyone else to take your business elsewhere.

This location is horrible. I love panda express but I question that every time I come to this location. If it is a franchise they should revoke their license. Food is never fresh if they even have it available. I don?t know how many times they?ve given me the wrong order. The staff does not seem interested in trying to make happy customers either.
