Pho 99 Noodle House - Tulare

Good Thai food. Great taste, I enjoy every time. I love this Pho!

The first time here. Read the reviews first, so I was skeptical... My wife and I ordered the Calamari, Big Bowl Combination Pho and Combination Charbroiled Plate. The food was delicious and fresh. Service was excellent!!! We are from Alabama and have made a delivery to a paper store in the city and were looking for a Vietnamese restaurant. We have happy!!!

Decided to give this place an attempt after a long journey. No regret! This place is excellent and the service is great. Definitely recommend to come here.

This is a very clean, friendly establishment! Staff, Maria, is very human to help eager in any way possible. She's going through the menu with you so you know what you want. The food is cooked for perfection, they give good size shares. I highly recommend this place.

I come for pickup on the regular here and their Pho is very bueno. I miss the original owner, the lady was very nice and hooked us up. Since the change though it is still the same and their food is delicious and their staff are very friendly and quick. Hands down excellent and would highly reccomend, they have never disappointed.
