Short lady on the ride through miracles was extremely rude, sarcastic and loud. Mumbles terrible, so I had to ask her to repeat herself, which she apparently had more. I had order online ca. 30 minutes before my arrival and they asked me to pull me, then I had to wait 10 minutes. I moved back to the window. She gave me a bag of food. I asked for my money back and she closed the window in my face. I waited a few minutes and asked for my money back. She threatened to call the police on me to close the window in my face again and refused to give me her name. I've never had such a rude service in my life.
