Ruby Tuesday - Tuscaloosa

It wasn't crowded, but the waitress took a long time with everything. I didn't receive any refills when my cup was empty. They didn't ask how I wanted my steak cooked and assumed I'd want it medium rare (ugh). The kids were getting restless because their food took a long time to arrive. I really love this place, but unfortunately, this was just a disappointing experience tonight.

Lunch. Was looking for tasty, healthy and good value. Had a turkey castle with the salad bar and it was a home trip. Service was great with a waitress who was very attentive. My wife and I are back.

Salad bar and bottomless bowl of soup, was good. Couple items were out on the salad bar oterwise would of been 5 stars. I will be back.

This restaurant is outstanding. The atmosphere is classic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the steak I had was out of this world. I ordered a salad and baked potato as sides. The steak was tender and juicy, truly the best I've ever had. I absolutely love this place and will definitely be returning!

We had a fantastic experience today! My family organized a late Thanksgiving celebration at the restaurant. The staff provided us with a private room, which was lovely. Our server was exceptional—very friendly and attentive! We always enjoy the food and service whenever we visit. It’s not often that I can get 4 of my 5 siblings together from different locations, and everything went perfectly! Thank you for a wonderful time.
