Feedback gevenThis bad review is based on our experience, which is served by jamie (the waiter with the long orange bar) last night. he was incredibly rude and aggressive towards our group, he also seemed to be under the influence of his behavior last night include: 1) my friend advised, she did not drink, jamie called her “Boring” and persisted her to drink. when we finally said, “You don’t drink because she is pregnant,” jamie poured some of the carafe wein, which we had bought in her empty glass, and drank it himself. 2) he returned later in the evening and told my pregnant friend that he did not believe in having children, and then asked them if they...read more
Food: 1. croquettes with prosciutto seasoned well, perfectly crispy, and the cheating mixed everything together. my only question is that the croquetas had no prosciutto. it had more like a forest ham instead of the dry ham I expected. 2. clam ceviche with hot sauce super disappointed with this. in principle, muscheln with tabasco and the muscheln did not taste fresh at all. 3. auberginen bruschetta- this is my favorite from everything we have ordered! the smokey taste of the aubergine fits perfectly to the cheese the appetisers were disappointing, so we went somewhere else for the net. Amazing bar and restaurant. johnny fishbone has a delicious menu and a fantastic wine list to add. guests are beautiful, well dressed eastern suburb sydney siders. wife and I went on a date night and were pleasantly surprised to see the thorpedo there with a quiet with friends!
A place after my own heart! Part of my favourite trio (Chester White Cured Diner and Buffalo Dining Club), this little wine bar is my dream come true!! A selection of sensational wines and memorable dishes. The staff are pretty damn awesome too!! Some of my fave dishes include the Padron peppers with manchego custard and their crunchy school prawns!
