Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Union City

The doughnuts are freshly made and you can see the production line how they make the doughnuts. Much variety in doughnuts and serving varieties of coffee. Not much atmosphere in dine in and table i used was not cleaned from previous costumer.

The customer service at this restaurant can be inconsistent. Service during late afternoons and weekends is subpar. Today, I tried the Halloween dozen and found the donuts to be hard and stale. They were also out of the Scooby Doo decorations that should have been on top. I doubt that these Halloween donuts are fresh. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience.

Super friendly staff but the donuts are never fresh.

I love the donuts at this restaurant and have been coming here since I was a child. My usual order is a dozen glazed and chocolate donuts. Just a tip, the drive-thru is always busy and you may have to wait at least 30 minutes on a Saturday night. Yesterday, I had to walk inside because the drive-thru was closed for some reason. Despite that, the overall experience was good with great service at this location.
