Feedback gevenWe always loved it. the last few paintings I went to service was terrible. Today was the worst. I sat in the drive for 30 minutes. I would have gone, but I was in the shiny. When I finally got into the window, the girl couldn't remember my order. I understand that I am short-time servant, but 30 minutes in a donut shop is ridiculous.
I've been here since last year. it is a hit or miss with their service times. Sometimes they are great and sometimes not. the owner or manager is not sure which is the problem because they had quite few turnovers and were quite often short employees. this is usually a management/owner problem. overall, the site needs help in all areas. they are a lot of money. I hope they can handle things because I'm a big fan of dunkin. You haven't lost me yet, but I hope you can turn it around.
We like their coffee and donuts. had no great experience here on the other day, but it seemed as if the personal struggled to maintain. I hope they will be well supported by the administration and these problems will be worked out.
Today I went for 4 chocolate cream donuts. the girl that took my order was very rude to me. even when I got my donuts, they were as tender as they had been washed off before they were put in the bag. I usually have a decent experience here, but unfortunately this was not the case today.
This place has gone down hill. Grew up in the Boston area so I've been getting Dunkin Donuts for breakfast since I was 4 years old. Food at this location was never quite as fresh as it was in the Boston area, but staff and service were good so I could look past that. Over the past year, there seems to have been a lot of staff turnover, and the quality of food and service has noticeably declined. My orders are often incorrect now, and the preparation is never great (burnt or squashed bagels, etc). Over the last couple months, the drive through seems to have a new policy where they make anyone who orders anything more than a simple cup of coffee wait out by the dumpsters for their food, even at 6:30am when the rest of the parking lot, drive through, and restaurant are completely empty. One time, after waiting by the dumpsters for a while, I went into the restaurant to find my order had been ready for a while and was just sitting there. To the owner of this franchise, let me remind you that there is an Einstein's Bagels in the same parking lot. If you can't even serve me a bagel at your drive through window, then I have absolutely no reason to continue to put up with the poor food quality and service at your restaurant. I will be eating at Einstein's for now, until things change at this Dunkin Donuts.
