Dryck Och Mat - Uppsala

Dryck Mat is known for its dependable fine dining experience. The wines are expertly paired with each course to create a 4-course menu (with the option for a 5th course during our visit). We enjoyed the flavor combinations and the pleasant atmosphere of the spacious dining room. The staff is friendly and well-informed. Overall, a fantastic evening!

This is one of the best restaurants that my wife and I had the pleasure to eat at during our sixteen days in Scandinavia. The restaurant is Dryck Mat in Uppsala, Sweden. The food was skillfully prepared, and each dish was delicious and beautifully plated. The indoor and outdoor tables were very comfortable, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed our dinner so much that we decided to return the next two evenings to try some other dishes. Each time we were rewarded with another excellent dining experience. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more dishes as the menu was rather limited.

Delicious food with strong wine pairing. Wonderfully knowledgeable staff. Lamb tartare was an outstanding surprise. Vamos Argentina!!!

I had a very nice experience dining on the terrace on a warm summer day in Uppsala. The menu was decent, the dishes were well-prepared and presented, and I enjoyed the food. The service was satisfactory, although I was unsure about the wine pairing recommendations - it may have just been my personal preference. Overall, I had a pleasant evening, but it didn't completely impress me.

Enjoyed the view, the food, the drinks. Very chilled place with good ambiance. I will definitely go back. And I highly recommend couples, or a group of mates to visit this place.
