Excellent — looking for vegetarian in Moab — this was perfect! The Need Power smoothie and the Eggplant Parm panini — both were really good and the service was a delight too — highly recommended!

Tried their smoky turkey panini and it was fantastic. Only thing is that the prices are a bit on the higher side. Highly recommended.

10/10 recommend. Hawaiian sandwich was bomb. Fast service. Good price!

Discovered this Moab Food Truck park and chose to order a panini from this particular truck. We ordered a vegan panini which came with pickled chillies, carrots and chips. The panini was delicious and the owner was very friendly. Would suggest this food truck if you ever visit the area.

The Papichi sandwich was delicious! I think it was perfect when topped with a bite of the house-made pickles. As you can tell from the picture, the sandwich was packed! The Pinch Me smoothie was creative and refreshing! On the juice to smoothie scale, it leaned more toward juice. I would have liked it a bit thicker, but the flavor was 10/10.
