Sushi Spirit - Valbonne

I have tried lots of sushi all around the world. This however is simply wonderful. The fish is fresh and plentiful. The portions are very generous, and the attention to detail is fantastic. If I could give 6 stars, I would.

We ordered takeaway and waited while it was being prepared. The sushi was fresh, but the taste was not great.

In the centre of Valbonne you can pick up fresh sushi. The food is freshly made in front of you or you can phone ahead and just pick it up. There is limited parking so choose a nearby parking to pick up. Great to have something different to French cuisine in Valbonne.

Cheese in sushi ? Never in Japan ! I find the range pretty limited with not many combinations. And of course it's expensive. I'm glad I know how to make my own !

What is the mayo coming here? otherwise the sushi is medium in terms of the price. nothing very japonnais overall.
